Get ready for an action-packed day at Hazewinkel on Sunday, September 1st, as we host the Belgian Open Technical Race and Sprint Championships. Located at the scenic Surfclub Hazewinkel in Willebroek, this event promises thrilling competition on flat water, drawing top athletes from across Belgium.

The day kicks off with the Technical Race in the morning, featuring distances tailored to different categories: Elites will tackle a challenging 4,500 meters, while Recreants and Cadets (U16) cover 3,000 meters, and Kids (U14) race 1,500 meters. Competitors will navigate multiple laps, testing their endurance and skill on the course.

In the afternoon, the excitement continues with the Belgian Open Sprint Championships. This high-speed 200-meter dash will see Elites, Recreants, Cadets, and Kids sprinting to the finish line in a series of heats, culminating in a dramatic final.

• 15:00 – 17:00: Sprint heats (qualifications and finals)
