A brand-new international classic is born.
Starting in France and finishing 52 kilometres later in Belgium, competitors will paddle along the beautiful River Lys through peaceful canals, picturesque villages and stunning natural scenery.
For the very first time, the French and Belgian Ultra Long Distance Championships are organised together in a single event.
New for 2026: kayaks are also welcome, making L’Enfer des Canaux a true celebration of endurance paddlesports.
