• Elite M: No age limit, for the most competitive men.
• Elite F: No age limit, for the most competitive women.

• Junior F: Women born in 2008 or later.

Elite Seniors age Categories:

• Senior M: Men born in 1998 or earlier.
• Senior F: Women born in 1998 or earlier.

Elite Masters age Categories:

• Master M: Men born in 1991 or earlier.

• Grand Master M: Men born in 1986 or earlier.
